Brian Cook

Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder

Brian Cook brings 22 years of aviation operations experience with a particular focus on start-up and high-growth organizations. Prior positions have included logistics engineering for Northrop Grumman (DoD programs), production management for commercial landing gear programs at Goodrich Aerospace, consulting services for GE Capital, and senior management operations roles with National Airlines (§121) and Eclipse Aviation (§145). Brian is a United States Air Force veteran, a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, AZ and holds an FAA Airframe & Powerplant certificate.

Robert Lude

Chief Compliance Officer, Co-Founder

Robert Lude brings over 25 years of aviation experience with a focus on Quality Management Systems (QMS), FAA and foreign National Airworthiness Authorities (NAA) requirements, and is the Company’s subject matter expert for all regulatory matters under Titles 14, 40, and 49 of the Code of Federal Regulation (CFR). As the holder of an FAA Mechanic certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings and Inspection Authorization, Robert has held key aviation management positions including; Chief Inspector, Quality Manager, Director of Quality, and Director of Maintenance for §135 air taxi operators, §145 Class 3 and 4 repair stations, and § 141 pilot schools. Robert also holds an FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with SEL, MEL, Instrument, and Glider ratings. Robert has logged over 2000 hours as PIC in 50 different make/model aircraft.

Brian Baldridge

Project Manager, Business Development, and Customer Services

Brian Baldridge has over 30 years of aircraft operational experience, both as a pilot and maintenance technician. He has logged over 2,750 hours as PIC in various aircraft from vintage to high performance aircraft, holds an FAA Commercial Pilot license, Instrument-Rating and Airframe and Powerplant licenses. Before joining IAG in 2009, he served as Manager of Tech Support for Canadian aircraft builder Diamond Aircraft located in London, Ontario. Prior to that, he was the first Field Service Technician for Eclipse Aviation during the initial entry into service of the revolutionary new business jet in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Brian is a native of Northern California and graduate of California State University, Chico (BA, Biological Sciences)

Peter Reed

Senior Advisor - Business & Financial

Peter Reed is a consultant to the company advising on business issues and financial matters. Peter has multi-industry experience which includes mainframe computers, military trucks, PC graphics, and very light jets. He has managed both large and small companies in high growth and turnaround situations. Reed has held senior management positions including CEO, CFO, Vice President of Finance & Administration, Controller, Treasurer, and Corporate Secretary. Prior to establishing his consulting practice in 2007 Peter was the Senior Vice President of Finance & Administration/CFO at Eclipse Aviation Corporation, a New Mexico startup which developed and produced an innovative light jet aircraft. Peter holds a BA in economics from Wesleyan University and an MBA from the University of Rochester.

Carol Spradley, CPA

Senior Advisor - Tax & Accounting

Carol Spradley is an independent accountant concentrating on business taxation and accounting. She was a stock and commodities broker for 20 years in Munich, Germany as well as Scottsdale, Arizona and Albuquerque, New Mexico. She also headed a non-profit organization that was active in Romania for ten years providing humanitarian aid. She has been back in the United States since 2006 and once again full-time in her tax practice.
